A note about HIPs

From 14 December 2007, all properties marketed for sale need a Home Information Pack (HIP) prior to the commencement of marketing. See www.homeinformationpacks.gov.uk for more details. Instruct Manors as your sole agent and we will obtain a professional HIP from a leading independent solicitor at no cost*. We can also work with a joint agent to prepare your HIP. In a multiple-agency scenario, you can choose to prepare your own HIP, or employ our sole services to obtain this for you.
