Dominique Zarbhanelian, Residential Sales Manager
Having graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Economics, Dominique began her career in 2005 at a reputable central London estate agent’s where, within five years, she was heading up the sales department. Dominique's in-depth and renowned knowledge of the prime central London property market spans over eight years and she is experienced within all aspects of flat sales and acquisitions in particular, short and medium term leases.
Dominique spent time in the Middle East and speaks five languages, English, Arabic, French, Armenian & Italian. She enjoys the multicultural aspect of the job and offers both clients and purchasers honest and straightforward advice.
Nick Jaffray, Senior Sales Negotiator
Originally from Hampshire and educated at Harrow School, Nick initially embarked on a career in banking before joining the Marylebone branch of one of London’s largest estate agencies.
After rising to the top of the company, Nick decided he wanted to specialise in the higher end of the market in Marylebone and Mayfair and joined Manors to fulfil his goal. Nick has been a central London resident for the last 15 years and his knowledge of the local residential property market is second to none.
Annette Farrell, Residential Lettings Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in residential lettings, property acquisition and residential management, Annette is ideally placed to head up the lettings team. Having specialised in the corporate market, Annette and her team understand the requirements and expectations of Landlords and Tenants, particularly those relocating to the UK. Annette is professionally qualified, having passed the challenging ARLA 1 & ARLA 2 lettings and management examinations upon their introduction.

Louise Torkmorad, Lettings Negotiator
Louise started her career as a lettings negotiator with Manors in June 2010. She is a natural self-starter who thrives on finding quality tenants for the properties she represents. Louise began her estate agency career at a local agency in Hampstead, before spending three years in Hyde Park. She has an in-depth knowledge of the central London property market, coupled with a very successful track record in both the sales and lettings environments.
Nodene Stevens, Administrator
Nodene began her career in the property industry in 2006 as a sales negotiator for a prestigious international estate agency in Cape Town, before joining an exclusive independent property agency, also in Cape Town. She also worked as a lettings negotiator for an independent agency in Fulham before joining Manors. Nodene enjoys the administration side of the estate agency business and was attracted to Manors because it is an exclusive independent agency.
