Alex Hebditch, Lettings Manager
Alex grew up in Cheshire and graduated from The University of Manchester with a degree in law. He has worked in the central London property industry for over 10 years and is a member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents. A proactive property professional, Alex has a wealth of experience when it comes to providing development consultancy advice, space capitalisation and helping clients maximise rental yields. Alex is equally competent undertaking complex valuations, development appraisals and agreeing the fine details of a layout, as he is with advising large asset management companies on their portfolios. He has close connections with many large blue chip companies, as well as organisations in the media and finance sectors. Alex enjoys leading Manors' close-knit lettings department and thrives on delivering accurate concise advice to his clients. Outside work, he likes playing tennis and pursuing his keen interest in property developing.
Mike Okoro, Lettings Negotiator
Mike joined Manors in 2010 and advises on all aspects of letting residential property in Central London. He has an extensive track record spanning over 15 years, with a background in sales & marketing, real estate loans and investments.
What appealed to Mike about Manors was the company’s core philosophy of creating an entrepreneurial and passionate environment, and its Principal’s inspirational vision to continually deliver an innovative and market leading business. He has a number of outside interests including travelling, writing and sports – in particular football and boxing.
Natasha Braham, Lettings Negotiator
Born and raised in London, Natasha speaks fluent Polish. She has always had a passion for property and after successfully completing her A levels, in 2011 she began her real estate career at her family’s firm of surveyors. Since then she has taken on various roles within the property sector before deciding to specialise in central London lettings as she loves the challenges of working in such a fast-moving and constantly changing marketplace. Outside work, Natasha enjoys completing various art projects, attending art exhibitions and travelling, as well as undertaking charity work.
Matthew Ross, Property Manager
Originally from Waltham Abbey, Matthew studied Criminology at Lincoln University before moving to London to embark on a career in property management. As an ARLA-accredited professional, Matthew enjoys liaising with clients and sorting out any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently to the complete satisfaction of the landlords and tenants he assists. Matthew currently lives in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire and in his spare time he enjoys reading and swimming.
