Photographs and Brochures

As soon as we receive your instruction, we will arrange for your property to be professionally photographed. A variety of colour pictures will be taken and a floor plan (RICS) created to ensure your property is presented in the best possible light. Sales particulars will then be drafted and when they are ready, we will send them to you for your comments and approval. Once we receive your feedback, a professional brochure will be produced to promote your property to interested parties.

All enquiries generated from these sources will be referred directly to our office in order for us to follow up the leads.

To complement the website advertising, your property will be promoted in the most suitable local, national and international newspapers and magazines available, including London Property, The London Magazine, The Evening Standard, The Marylebone Journal, City AM, The Sunday Times and other relevant titles. We have developed excellent relationships with most major local and national newspapers and we also send out press releases to promote properties we have for sale on a regular basis in order to secure free editorial coverage for our clients.
